We talk. The Coach asks questions and there is reflection, challenge and space to ponder and think about actions, reactions, intentions and opportunities. Sessions take place online, in my comfortable office in Sevenoaks or can be conducted elsewhere at a mutually agreeable location E.g. A countryside setting walking your dogs or even on a golf course
